Once every four weeks, a convoy of vans goes to Poland and the Ukraine taking vital and often life saving supplies. The Lions driving these vans come from a variery of clubs in our district such as Callington, Looe, Tavistock and Weymouth, whilst other clubs supply them with items such as those on the list below, and money towards the cost of fuel, visas and ferries. This works out at about £1200 per vehicle per trip.

We need your help!

Could you supply any of the following?

  • DRIED OR TINNED FOODS: tinned meat, tinned fish, pasta or rice

We are all hugely proud of Lions Lesley and Carla who made the journey from Crewkerne to Callington today (24th May) to deliver a car load of provisions collected by the club. Cornwall & Devon Sending Love to the Ukraine are taking 11 van loads (at a cost of over £13000) on their 12th visit to the Ukraine. This is amazing work that is worth celebrating, but needs support. Donations are always very welcome, as are supplies!
